[구매 시 유의사항]

- 모든 제품은 측정 방식에 따라 사이즈에 차이가 있을 수 있습니다.

- 본 상품 판매는 현장 수령과 예약 배송으로 나눠서 진행됩니다. 사전 판매 종료 후 수령 방식은 변경할 수 없으니, 신중하게 선택해 주시기 바랍니다.

- LED 밴드를 제외한 모든 상품은 사전 예약 수량만큼 제작 예정으로 예약 판매 종료 이후에는 주문 내역 변경(상품의 옵션 또는 수량 변경 등) 및 재결제가 불가합니다. 내역 변경은 2024년 2월 13일 (화) 오후 5시까지 판매처 고객센터로 문의하시기 바랍니다.

- LED 밴드에 한하여 1인 3개씩으로 구매수량이 제한됩니다. 한정 수량 상품으로 준비된 재고 소진 시 조기 품절될 수 있으며, 예약 판매 기간 종료 이후 재고 상황에 따라 교환 및 환불이 어려울 수 있습니다.

- 예약 배송은 2024년 3월 4일 (월)부터 순차적으로 배송될 예정입니다. 단, 일반 상품과 함께 구매 시 가장 늦게 출시되는 상품에 맞춰 배송됩니다.

- 모든 제품의 아웃 케이스(포장용 비닐, 박스 등)는 상품을 보호하기 위한 충격 방지용으로 제작되었습니다. 포장 및 배송 과정에서 미세한 스크래치 및 눌림, 찍힘 등의 파손이 발생될 수 있으며, 이는 교환 및 환불에 해당되지 않습니다.

- 상품 출고일은 제작처와 물류사의 사정으로 변동될 수 있습니다. 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

- FNC ENTERTAINMENT의 아티스트 이미지와 MD 상품을 불법 도용할 시 초상권 침해로 법적인 책임을 물을 수 있습니다.

 

[현장 수령 시 주의사항]

- 현장 수령은 주문 시 선택한 일정에 현장 수령 부스 운영 시간에만 수령할 수 있습니다. 현장 수령 부스에서는 사전 예약 구매한 상품만 수령 가능하며, 추가 구매는 어렵습니다.

- 현장 수령을 선택한 상품을 미 수령한 경우, 배송비 주문자 부담으로 배송만 가능하며 교환 또는 환불은 불가합니다.

- 현장 수령 시, 주문 내역과 본인 확인용 실물 신분증을 제시해야 상품 수령이 가능합니다. 현장 수령 희망하시는 분은 아래 주문 내역과 실물 신분증 가이드를 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.

[Purchasing Notice]

- Product image is intended to help the understanding, and it may be slightly different from the actual product.

- This product sale is divided into on-site pick-up and pre-order delivery. After the pre-sale ends, the method of receipt cannot be changed, so please choose carefully.

- All products except LED WRISTBANDS are scheduled to be manufactured as much as the pre-order quantity, and after the pre-order ends, order details change (such as option or quantity change of product) and payment cannot be made. Please contact the customer center of the seller by 5 p.m. on February 13, 2024(Tue).

- The purchase quantity is limited to 3 LED WRISTBANDS per person. If the stock is exhausted as a limited quantity product, it may be sold out early, and exchange or refund may be difficult depending on the inventory situation after the end of the pre-order sales period.

- Pre-orders will be delivered sequentially from March 4, 2024 (Mon). However, if you buy general items together, they will be delivered in time for the latest release.

- Outboxes are anti-impact agents that protect the product from damage (crushed, torn, scratched, stamped, etc.) during delivery, and there could be discoloration, and contamination on the outboxes. Please note that this cannot be a reason for exchange or return.

- According to a related law, the free provision of disposable shopping bags in the venue is prohibited.

- Illegal use of FNC ENTERTAINMENT’s artist image and MD products may result in infringement of portrait rights.

 

[On-site Pick up Precaution]

- On-site pick-up is only available during the on-site pick-up booth operation hours on the selected schedule when ordering. Only pre-orders can be received at the on-site pick-up booth, and additional purchases are difficult. If you want to make additional purchases, please purchase them at the on-site sales booth.

- If a product selected for on-site pick-up has not been received, it can only be delivered at the expense of the person who ordered the delivery fee, and exchange or refund is not possible.

- After receiving it on-site, exchange or refund is not possible due to a simple change of mind. Please check the condition of the product immediately after receiving the product. (Exchanges and refunds due to related inquiries and defects are possible through the sales booth during operating hours, and online applications cannot be processed separately after the on-site operation is over.)

- Free provision of disposable shopping bags in the venue is legally prohibited. Please note that no separate shopping bags are provided.

- When receiving on-site, you must present the order details and the physical identification card to receive the product. Customers wishing to receive on-site should refer to the order details below and the physical identification guide.

③ All foreigners: Passport, alien registration card

*I.D. is only accepted if the expiration date has not expired.

* All customers except Korean minors cannot use their student ID (including university student ID) for identification purposes.

* Pickup is not possible if the physical ID is not verified or if it is different from the buyer's name. (Korean accepts Korean and foreigners only in English.)

*Identification is only available for physical identification, including name, age, and photo. Photos taken, copies, and mobile identification (including PASS) cannot be used.

* It is not possible to receive it on behalf of the buyer other than the buyer himself.

[商品购买注意事项]

- 本商品销售分为现场领取和预约配送。预售结束后不可更改领取方式，请谨慎选择。

- 预约配送将从2024年3月4日(周一)起依次配送。但与普通商品一起购买时，会跟随最晚上市的商品一起进行配送。

- 除LED灯带外的所有商品将按照预售数量制作，预售结束后无法变更订单明细（商品选项或数量变更等）及重新结算。 明细变更事宜请在2024年2月13日(周二)下午5点之前咨询销售处客服中心。

- 每人限购3个LED灯带。作为限量商品，备好的库存售罄时可能会提前断货，预售期结束后，根据库存情况可能很难支持退换。

- 通过虚拟账户结算时，只有将订单上标记的金额准确地汇入单独发送的账户，才能正常进行订单处理。虚拟账户有效期满或银行系统可能限制网上汇款，汇款前取消订单可取消虚拟账户发送。

- 以上图片和内容是为了帮助购买者理解，根据显示器分辨率的不同，实际颜色可能会有差异，根据测量方法不同，尺寸也可能会有误差。

- 本商品是预售结束后进行制作的商品，根据制作情况，介绍的设计及尺寸、材质、后加工等规格可能会在没有事先通知的情况下进行变更。

[现场领取注意事项]

- 现场领取只能在现场取货处运营时间，按订购时选定的时间领取。

- 选择现场领取的商品而未领取时，配送费只能由订购者承担，且不支持退换。

- 现场领取后，不支持个人原因的退换。收到商品后，请在现场立即确认商品状态。（相关咨询与不良产品可在运营时间内通过销售处进行退换，现场运营结束后无法进行在线受理等另行处理）

- 法律禁止在演出场所无偿提供一次性购物袋。因此不提供单独的购物袋，敬请参考。

- 现场领取时，需出示订单明细和确认本人身份的证件，方可领取商品。希望现场领取的顾客请务必参考以下订单明细和证件指南。

- 订单明细：在网页或移动设备上登录FNC STORE > 我的主页 > 出示订购商品信息（除此之外，不可通过画面截图、打印复件等确认）

- 可确认本人身份的证件

  ① 韩国未成年人：小学、初中、高中学生证、护照、标记出生年月日的国家公认资格证等

  ② 韩国成年人:身份证、驾驶证、护照

  ③ 所有外国人:护照、外国人登录证

* 身份证不得超过有效期。
