기존 팬 에티켓/블랙리스트
적용 관련 공지사항을 안내 드린 바 있으나,
SF9의 해외 입출국시 공항 내부에서 사진 및 영상 촬영으로 항공편 이용객 분들께 불편을 드리거나 안전 문제가 발생할 수 있는
상황이 늘어남에 따라 공항 및 기내 촬영 관련 변경된 블랙리스트 공지를 안내드립니다.
공지일을 기준으로 공항 출입국 심사 후 면세구역, 보안 통과구역, 수하물 수취구역,
비행기 내부를 포함한 출입국장 내 모든 구역에서 사진 및 영상 촬영을 엄격히 금지합니다.
블랙리스트 내용은 하단의 내용을 참고해주시기 바랍니다.
<공항 및 기내 촬영 블랙리스트 대상>
1. 공항 출입국 심사 후 면세구역, 보안 통과구역,
수하물 수취구역, 비행기 내부를 포함한 출입국장 내 모든 구역에서 사진 및 영상 촬영
2. 1번에 기재된 장소에서 촬영한 사진 및 영상을 SNS 및 온라인에 업로드
3. 공항 출입국 심사 후 SF9 이동 동선에 따라오거나, 대화를 시도하고 통행을 방해
위 사항을 위반한 분들을 발견하거나, SNS로 사진 및 영상 업로드가 진행된 내용을 확인했을 경우 신고 메일을 보내주시기 바랍니다.

블랙리스트 경고 리스트 적용
- 1차: 공식팬카페 내 명단 공지 및 다음 음반 활동 음악방송 참여 불가
- 2차: 영구 블랙리스트 명단 공지
** 실명이 확인될 경우 최소한의 정보로 블랙리스트 명단 업로드 예정이며, 실명이 아닌
닉네임 또는 SNS 계정으로 본인 확인이 어려울 경우 해당 계정 정보로 블랙리스트 지정 예정입니다.
** 공항 및 기내 사진 촬영 블랙리스트는 당사 직원의 현장 적발 또는 모니터링, 신고
접수 등의 기준으로 명단이 작성될 예정이며, 추가로 확인되는 정황에 따라 명단이 수정될 수 있습니다.
공지일을 기준으로 해당 사항을 위반한 내용이 확인될 경우, 리스트 적용에 따라 경고 및 블랙리스트 지정 예정입니다.

This is FNC ENTERTAINMENT.
We are always thankful for your
interest and loving support towards SF9.
We informed you about the
Fan Club Rules and Fan Etiquette Guidelines before. However, there are getting more people taking photos and videos of SF9 inside
the airport, which can cause inconvenience to other passengers and cause safety
problems. So we announce you the updated blacklist rules and guidelines
regarding the photo/video shooting in the airport.
Effective immediately, taking
photos or recording videos of SF9 is strictly prohibited in all areas of the
airport including the immigration area, duty-free zone after the immigration,
security area, baggage claim, and inside of the airplane.
Please refer to the
detailed rules about the blacklist in the below.
<Those Subject to the
Blacklist Regarding Photo/Video Shooting in the Airport>
1. Taking photos or
recording videos of SF9 in all areas of the airport including the immigration
area, duty-free zone after the immigration, security area, baggage claim, and
inside of the airplane.
2. Uploading photos or
videos that taken at the location mentioned above on the internet including
SNS.
3. Following SF9 after
the immigration area, trying to communicate with SF9 or obstructing the way.
If you find someone who
has violated the above rules, or who took SF9's picture or video in the airport
and posted on SNS, please report us to the below e-mail address.

Blacklist Warning System
will be applied
- 1st warning:
Your name will be listed on the official fan café and will not be able to
participate in SF9’s next album promotion(music show)
- 2nd warning: Permanently blacklisted
** If the real name is identified, minimal information will be on
the blacklist. In case identification is impossible, SNS ID or nickname will be
blacklisted.
** The blacklist will be made based on the criteria such as on-site
detection or monitoring of FNC staffs, receipt of report and etc. The list may
be modified according to the further information regarding the circumstances.
From now on, those who
violate the guideline will be on warned or blacklisted upon detection.
For the safety of all SF9
members and other passengers using the airport, we sincerely ask for your
cooperation.

在此先向一直以来喜欢与爱护SF9的各位FANTASY们表示由衷的感谢。
虽然之前就原有的粉丝礼仪/黑名单适用相关内容进行过公告，但SF9进出海外时由于在机场内部拍摄照片及视频而给其他旅客造成不便或产生安全问题的情况增多，因此在这里告知变更后的关于机场及机内拍摄的黑名单的公告内容。
以公告日为准，机场出入境审查后，严格禁止在免税区、保安过境区、行李收货区、以及包括飞机内部在内的出入境大厅内所有区域里拍摄照片及视频。
黑名单内容请参考以下内容。
<在机场及机内拍摄的黑名单对象>
1. 机场出入境审查后，在免税区、保安过境区、行李收货区、以及包括飞机内部在内的出入境大厅内所有区域内拍摄照片及视频的行为；
2. 在第1条提及的场所内将所拍摄的照片及视频上传到SNS与网上的行为；
3. 机场出入境审查后，跟随SF9、试图进行对话以及妨碍通行的行为。
若发现有违反上述条例者或确认到通过SNS上传照片、视频等相关内容时，请发送举报电子邮件。

黑名单警告事项的适用内容列单
- 第1轮: 官方FAN CAFE内发布名单并不可参加下张专辑的相关音乐节目；
- 第2轮: 黑名单永久公告。
** 实名确认时，将以最低限度的信息上传至黑名单，如果无法通过非实名的昵称或SNS账号确认本人身份，将以相应账户信息指定为黑名单。
** 机场及机内拍照黑名单将以本公司员工现场揭发或监控、接受投诉等标准制定名单，根据进一步核实的情况，名单可作相应修改。
以公告日为准，如违反该事项的内容属实，将根据名单适用情况指定警告并列入黑名单。
