1. 이용 시 주의사항

- 상품 이미지는 이해를 돕기 위한 것으로, 실제 상품과 다소 차이가 있을 수 있습니다.

- 모든 상품은 한정 수량으로 준비되어 재고 소진 시 조기 품절될 수 있습니다.

- 당일 상품이 조기 매진될 시, 예정된 시간 이전에 상품 판매가 마감될 수 있습니다.

- ‘LED WRISTBAND(LED 밴드)’는 구매 수량 제한이 없으며, 이를 제외한 나머지 상품은 옵션별 각 1인 2개까지만 구매가 가능합니다.

- 모든 거래는 한국 원화(KRW, \)로만 이루어집니다. 현금 및 신용카드 결제가 가능하며, 일부 카드는 카드사의 사정에 의해 결제가 불가할 수 있습니다. (본인 카드가 아닐 경우 사용에 제재를 받을 수 있습니다.)

- MD 판매 시간은 현장 준비 상황에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다.

- 관련 법령에 따라 행사장 내 일회용 쇼핑백 무상 제공이 금지되어 있습니다.

- FNC ENTERTAINMENT의 아티스트 이미지와 MD 상품을 불법 도용할 시 초상권 침해로 법적인 책임을 물을 수 있습니다.

 

2. 교환, 환불 관련 주의 사항
-고객의 단순 변심으로 인한 교환/환불은 불가능합니다.

-제품 불량인 경우 공연 당일 현장에서만 교환이 가능하며, 구매 영수증과 결제 시 사용한 카드를 반드시 지참하시기 바랍니다.

-MD 부스 운영 종료 이후로는 교환 및 반품이 불가하오니 제품 수령 후 즉시 불량 여부를 확인하시기 바랍니다.

-교환 신청 시 현장 재고에 따라 교환이 불가할 수 있으며, 이 경우 환불만 가능하오니 참고 부탁드립니다.

 

[현장 수령 시 주의사항]

- 현장 수령은 주문 시 선택한 일정에 현장 수령 부스 운영 시간에만 수령할 수 있습니다. 현장 수령 부스에서는 사전 예약 구매한 상품만 수령 가능하며, 추가 구매는 어렵습니다.

- 현장 수령을 선택한 상품을 미수령한 경우, 배송비 주문자 부담으로 배송만 가능하며 교환 또는 환불은 불가합니다.

- 현장 수령 시, 주문 내역과 본인 확인용 실물 신분증을 제시해야 상품 수령이 가능합니다. 현장 수령 희망하시는 분은 아래 주문 내역과 실물 신분증 가이드를 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.

- 주문 내역 : 웹 또는 모바일 기기에서 FNC STORE 로그인 > 마이페이지 > 주문 상품 정보 제시 (이 외에 화면 캡처, 출력물 등으로는 확인이 불가합니다.)

- 확인 가능한 신분증

①내국인 미성년자 : 초・중・고등학교 학생증, 여권, 생년월일이 표기된 국가 공인 자격증 등

②내국인 성인 : 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권

③모든 외국인 : 여권, 외국인등록증

* 신분증은 유효 기간이 만료되지 않은 것만 인정됩니다.

* 내국인 미성년자를 제외한 모든 고객께서는 학생증(대학교 학생증 포함)은 본인 확인용으로 사용할 수 없습니다.

* 실물 신분증이 확인되지 않거나, 구매자 이름과 다른 경우 픽업이 불가합니다. (내국인은 한글, 외국인은 영문만 인정합니다.)

* 신분증은 이름, 나이, 사진이 포함된 실물 신분증만 확인이 가능하며, 신분증을 촬영한 사진, 복사본, 모바일 신분증(PASS 포함) 등은 사용이 불가합니다.

* 구매자 본인 외 대리 수령은 불가합니다.

[Purchasing Notice]

1. Precautions

-Product image is intended to help the understanding, and it may be slightly different from the actual product.

-Offline sales products have limited quantities so the stock could be sold out early.

-If the products are sold out early, the product sales may be closed earlier than the scheduled time.

-There is no purchase quantity limit for 'LED WRISTBAND', but for other products, the purchase quantity is limited to 2 per person for each product.

-All transactions are made only in Korean Won (KRW, \). Cash and credit card payments are available and some cards may not be available due to the card company’s circumstances.

(If the name of card holder is different, you may be restricted from use.)

-The opening hours of MD booth are subject to change depending on site preparation.

-According to a related law, the free provision of disposable shopping bags in the venue is prohibited.

-Illegal use of FNC ENTERTAINMENT’s artist image and MD products may result in infringement of portrait rights.

 

2. Precautions for Exchange and Refund

-Refund/exchange is not possible due to the customer's simple change of mind.

-Defective products can only be exchanged on-site and on the day of the concert. The customer must present the purchase receipt and the card used for payment.

-Exchanges and refunds are not possible after the MD booth is closed. Please check for defects immediately after receiving the product.

-Please note that product exchange may not be available depending on the number of stocks in hand. In this case, only a refund is possible.

 

[On-site Pick up Precaution]

- On-site pick-up is only available during the on-site pick-up booth operation hours on the selected schedule when ordering. Only pre-orders can be received at the on-site pick-up booth, and additional purchases are difficult. If you want to make additional purchases, please purchase them at the on-site sales booth.

- If a product selected for on-site pick-up has not been received, it can only be delivered at the expense of the person who ordered the delivery fee, and exchange or refund is not possible.

- After receiving it on-site, exchange or refund is not possible due to a simple change of mind. Please check the condition of the product immediately after receiving the product. (Exchanges and refunds due to related inquiries and defects are possible through the sales booth during operating hours, and online applications cannot be processed separately after the on-site operation is over.)

- Free provision of disposable shopping bags in the venue is legally prohibited. Please note that no separate shopping bags are provided.

- When receiving on-site, you must present the order details and the physical identification card to receive the product. Customers wishing to receive on-site should refer to the order details below and the physical identification guide.

- Order details: Log in to FNC STORE on the web or mobile device > My Page > Presentation of ordered product information (other than this, screen capture or printout cannot be used)

- Verifiable identification

① Korean minor: Elementary, middle and high school student ID, passport, national certificate with date of birth, etc

② Korean adults: Resident registration card, driver's license, passport

③ All foreigners: Passport, alien registration card

*I.D. is only accepted if the expiration date has not expired.

* All customers except Korean minors cannot use their student ID (including university student ID) for identification purposes.

* Pickup is not possible if the physical ID is not verified or if it is different from the buyer's name. (Korean accepts Korean and foreigners only in English.)

*Identification is only available for physical identification, including name, age, and photo. Photos taken, copies, and mobile identification (including PASS) cannot be used.

* It is not possible to receive it on behalf of the buyer other than the buyer himself.
