-VIP 패키지 부스는 공연시작 3시간 전부터 공연시작 30분 후까지 운영될 예정입니다.

-VIP 패키지를 구매하신 관객 분들께서는 공연 당일 VIP 부스에서 1:1 사진촬영을 위한 멤버 추첨에 참여해 주시기 바랍니다.

-스페셜 포스터는 1:1 사진촬영 후 퇴장하면서 수령 가능합니다.

 *포스터 재질 상 구겨질 우려가 있으므로 관객 여러분의 양해 부탁 드립니다.

주의사항

-VIP 패키지를 구매하신 관객 분들께서는 공연 종료 후 진행요원의 안내에 따라 1:1 사진촬영을 위해 대기하여 주시기 바랍니다.

2) 예매페이지의 팬클럽 인증창에서 팬클럽 회원인증을 먼저 받아놓으시면 빠르게 예매가 가능합니다.
3) 인증 시 이름, 팬클럽 고유번호, 휴대폰번호로 인증 가능하며, 공식홈페이지 (www.fncent.com)에 등록된 정보 그대로 인증하시면 됩니다.

Ex) 이름 : 홍길동 / 팬클럽 고유번호 : 201601111111 / 휴대폰번호 : 01012345678

※인증 정보에는 특수문자(하이픈 포함), 공란 입력이 불가합니다.

4) 한 번 인증한 아이디는 재로그인 시 다시 인증하지 않아도 됩니다.

5) 선예매 오픈 전 팬클럽 인증이 완료된 회원님은 ‘팬클럽 인증하기’ 버튼 클릭 시, ‘본 계정은 인증된 계정입니다.’라는 팝업이 뜹니다.
6) 공식 홈페이지에 [이름, 팬클럽 고유번호, 휴대폰번호] 이 3가지 정보 모두 등록되지 않은 회원님과 인증이 되지 않는 경우 FNC 홈페이지 문의게시판 문의 및 aoa@fncent.com 으로 문의하여 주세요.

7) 팬클럽 선예매 전 회원인증을 완료하지 못한 분들은 선예매가 불가하며, 이후 오픈되는 일반예매로 예매진행 가능하오니, 꼭 기간 내 인증을 완료하여 주시기 바랍니다.

[팬클럽 선예매 시 주의 사항]

1) 팬클럽 인증 및 선예매는 웹/모바일 모두 가능하며, 글로벌 페이지를 통한 인증 및 선예매는 불가합니다.

2) 인증 이전에 공식 홈페이지(www.fncent.com)에 로그인 후 MY PAGE에 등록된 본인의 이름, 팬클럽 고유번호, 휴대폰번호를 확인하여 주세요. (인증 기간 중 팬클럽 가입 정보 수정은 불가합니다.)

3) 티켓 예매 이후 정해진 기간 내에 입금을 하지 않을 경우 해당 티켓은 자동으로 취소됩니다.
4) 옥션티켓에 로그인 시 하나의 옥션티켓 아이디로 한번의 인증만 가능하며, 옥션티켓 아이디 소유자의 이름과 팬클럽 인증자의 이름이 달라도 인증이 가능합니다.
5) 본인의 이름, 팬클럽 고유번호, 휴대폰번호 외 타인의 정보를 이용하여 인증할 경우, 법적인 책임이 따를 수 있습니다.

How to receive a Special Poster and take a 1:1 photo

-The VIP Package booth will open 3 hours before the concert and close 30 minutes after the concert has started.

-All purchasers of the VIP Package should participate in the member raffle for the 1:1 photo at the VIP booth on the day of the concert.

-The Special Poster can be picked up on the way out after the 1:1 photo time.

*We appreciate your understanding that the poster may be crumpled due to its material.

Precautions

-For the purchasers of VIP Package, please cooperate with the staff after the concert, and follow their instructions for the 1:1 photo time.

-Time and place for the 1:1 photo will be announced shortly.

-You must present your concert tickets to receive the VIP Package.

-Please keep in mind that you will not be able to receive the VIP Package if you lose your concert ticket.

-Taking photos of the artists while waiting for the 1:1 photo are strictly prohibited.

▶If you are participating in the VIP Package with the Special Card from the album, please come to the VIP booth before the concert and apply for the VIP Package.

▶Please bring your ID and Special card.

▶The VIP Package application is only available for those who have purchased the concert ticket.

[How to Get Fanclub Authorization]

* Fanclub Authorization: 2017.01.13 (Fri) 2PM~

1) Log in to Auction Ticket from January 13^th (Fri) 2PM

2) For a faster reservation, make your fanclub authorization through the fanclub authorization page on the ticket site beforehand

3) Enter your Name, Fanclub Serial Number and Contact Number that was used when registering through the official site (www.fncent.com) to make your authorization.

Eg) Name: Hong Gil Dong / Fanclub Serial Number: 201601111111 / Contact Number: 01012345678

※ Special Characters (including hyphens) and spaces cannot be identified when authorizing.

4) Once authorized, you do not have to make another authorization when logging in again.

5) A ‘This account has been authorized’ pop-up window will appear when clicking the ‘Fanclub authorization’ tab for members who have successfully made their fanclub authorization.

6) For those whose information [Name, Fanclub Serial Number and Contact Number] are not registered on the FNC Official Website and those who have problems regarding authorization please visit the official FNC Website or contact FNC Entertainment at aoa@fncent.com.

7) For those who do not make their Fanclub authorization during the authorization period will not be able to pre-purchase tickets and will need to purchase tickets once general tickets have opened.

[Precautions for Fanclub Pre-purchase Tickets]

1) Fanclub authorization and pre-purchase will be accessible via web and mobile. However, authorization and pre-purchase will not be accessible through the global page.

2) Log in to the FNC Official Website (www.fncent.com) and check your Name, Fanclub Serial Number, Contact Number on the ‘MY PAGE’ tab. (Information cannot be edited during the fanclub authorization period.)

3) If payment for tickets are not made within the given period, tickets will automatically be canceled.
4) When logging in to Auction Ticket, only one authorization can be made for each ID. Authorizations can be made even if the name of the Auction Ticket account holder and the name of the fanclub member are different.
5) In the case you use another’s Name, Fanclub Serial Number, Contact Number or any other information to make an authorization, you may be liable to take legal responsibility.

6) Fanclub pre-purchase tickets are limited to 2 tickets per person (per show). An additional 2 tickets per person (per show) can be purchased during the general ticket booking period.

7) Fanclub pre-purchase tickets are available from 2017.01.17 (Tue) 8PM ~ 01.18 (Wed) 12PM.

3) 认证时，可用姓名，Fanclub固定号码，手机号码进行认证，用在官网(www.fncent.com)上登记的资料进行认证即可。

※认证内容中不可填写特殊符号（包括连字符），也不可使用空格。

4) 使用已认证过的ID登入时，不必再次认证。

5）在优先售票开始前，已完成Fanclub认证的会员，点击’Fanclub认证’时，会跳出’本账号是已认证过的账号’的提示。
6) 官网上没有登记[姓名，Fanclub固有号码，手机号码]这三项资料的会员，以及认证不成功时，请在FNC官网的询问公告栏上留言，或发送邮件至aoa@fncent.com询问。

7) 在Fanclub优先售票前没有完成认证者，无法进行优先购买，只能在之后的普通售票时进行购买，望在期限内完成认证。

[Fanclub预购时注意事项]

1）Fanclub认证及预购可在电脑/手机上进行，在国际网页上无法进行认证及预购。  

2）认证前登入官网(www.fncent.com)后，确认MY PAGE里登记的本人姓名、Fanclub固有号码、手机号码。（认证期间不可修改Fanclub个人资料。）

3）购票后，若在指定期间内没有付款时，此票将会自动取消。

4）在Auction Ticket上登录时，一个Auction Ticket账号仅限认证一次，Auction Ticket账号的持有者和Fanclub认证者的姓名不同也可以进行认证。
5）除了本人的姓名，Fanclub固有号码，手机号码以外，若利用他人信息进行认证时，有可能要负法律责任。

6）Fanclub预购时，一人可购2张票，之后在普通售票中一人可购2张票。（总共1人可购4张票）
