- 식사 및 간식 서포트는 앨범 활동 및 작품, 스케줄마다 서포트 신청 공지가 별도 안내될 예정입니다. 해당 신청 기간에 신청한 팀만 서포트가 가능하며, 신청 기간이 아닌 신청은 접수되지 않습니다.
- 반드시 사전 신청 접수 및 협의가 진행된 건에 한하여 전달이 가능합니다.
- 양식이 다른 신청서는 접수되지 않습니다. 양식에 어긋날 경우 답변을 드리기 어려우니 꼭 양식에 맞춰 신청해주시기 바랍니다.
- 서포트는 신청순으로 순서대로 진행되며, 부여받은 순번에 따라 진행 가능한 빠른 스케줄로 안내해드립니다. 한 스케줄 당 한 팀의 서포트만 진행 가능하니 양해 부탁드립니다. (단 사전에 서로 협의된 합동 서포트는 가능합니다.)
- 콘서트/팬미팅 형태의 스케줄의 경우 품목이 겹치지 않는 서포트에 한해 다수 팀의 진행이 가능합니다. 품목은 신청 선착순으로 분류됩니다.
- 연속된 날짜에 한 단체 또는 개인이 지속적으로 진행할 수 없으며, 우선 신청을 하더라도 제외될 수 있습니다.
- 서포트는 팬마케팅 담당자를 통해서만 전달 가능하며, 팬마케팅 담당자가 아닌 회사 관계자 및 매니저, 제작사를 통해서는 전달이 불가합니다.
- 서포트 현장에 찾아와 서포트와 함께 인증샷, 사인 등을 요구하거나 사전 연락 없이 당일 서포트를 신청할 경우 향후 해당 팀은 서포트 진행을 제한합니다.
- 서포트 신청 후 취소 및 변경내용이 있을 경우, 반드시 메일을 통해 해당 내용을 보내주시기 바랍니다. 신청 후 사전 안내 없이 취소 또는 변경할 경우 해당 팀은 추후 서포트 진행을 제한합니다.
- 방송사 및 스케줄 현장 상황상 서포트가 불가한 일정이 있을 수 있는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
- 영구 블랙리스트 대상자의 서포트 신청은 받지 않습니다.
[기타 주의사항]
- 팬사인회에서는 펜레터만 전달 가능합니다. 팬레터 외 다른 선물 전달 시 팬사인회 종료 후 모두 돌려드립니다.
- 편지 전달 시 상품권, 쿠폰 등의 선물 동봉이 불가합니다. 보낸 이가 불분명한 것은 돌려드릴 수 없어 부득이하게 폐기처리 되오니 이 점 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 팬레터 및 메시지 북, 기부증서는 공개방송 현장에서 FNC STAFF에게 전달하거나, FNC 사옥으로 우편을 보내주시면 해당 멤버에게 전달하도록 하겠습니다.
- 공연, 팬미팅 행사 등에서 진행되는 슬로건 이벤트, 카드섹션 이벤트 등 관련 이벤트는 메일을 통해 사전 협의 후 진행이 가능하며, 문의주신 순서대로 협의가 진행되는 점 참고 부탁드립니다. 공식 스케줄 공지가 진행되기 전의 추측 신청은 인정되지 않습니다.

- Meals and snacks support application notice will be provided separately for each album promotion, work and schedule. Only the teams that applied during the application period can support, and applications sent other than the application period will not be accepted.
- Supports which have went through pre-application and consultation are the only ones to be delivered.
- Applications with different forms will not be accepted. It will be difficult to be answered if it does not follow the given form, so please make sure to apply according to the form.
- Support will be carried out in order of application, and we will guide you through the earliest schedule according to the given order. Please understand that only one team can support each schedule. (However, joint support that has been agreed with each other in advance is possible.)
- For schedules in the form of concerts/fanmeetings, multiple teams can proceed with supports as long as the items do not overlap. Items are classified on a first-come, first-served basis.
- One organization or individual cannot continuously support on consecutive dates and may be excluded even if it has been applied first.
- Support can only be delivered through a fan marketing staff, and it cannot be delivered through company officials, managers, production companies.
- If you visit the support site and request a photo, signature, etc. with the support or apply for the support on the same day without prior contact, your team will be restricted to progress the support.
- If there are any cancellations or changes after applying for support, please send them via email. Cancellation or change without prior notice after application will restrict further support.
- Please understand that there may be a schedule that is not open for supports due to the broadcasting company and schedule situation.
- We do not accept applications for support from persons subject to permanent blacklists.
[Other Precautions]
- Only fan letters can be delivered at fansign events. If you deliver gifts other than fan letters, we will return them all after the fansign event.
- Gift certificates, coupons, etc. cannot be enclosed when delivering a letter. Please note that the items with unclear sender information will inevitably be discarded since it cannot be returned.
- If you send fan letters, message books and donation certificates to FNC STAFF at the public broadcasting site, or mail them to the FNC office, we will deliver them to the members addressed to.
- Please note that related events such as slogan events, card section events, etc. held at concerts, fanmeeting events, etc. can be held after prior consultation through e-mail, and the consultation is carried out on a first come first served basis. Any request for guesses before the official schedule notice is processed is not accepted.
