[팬클럽 인증 방법]
* 팬클럽 인증: 4월 25일 (수) 오후 12시부터

1) 4월 25일 (수) 오후 12시부터, 옥션티켓 로그인

2) 예매페이지의 팬클럽 인증창에서 팬클럽 회원인증을 먼저 받아놓으시면 빠르게 예매가 가능합니다.

3) 인증 시 이름, 팬클럽 고유번호, 휴대폰번호로 인증 가능하며,

   공식홈페이지 (www.fncent.com)에 등록된 정보 그대로 인증하시면 됩니다.

Ex) 이름: 홍길동 / 팬클럽 고유번호 : 201601111111 / 휴대폰번호 : 01012345678

※인증 정보에는 영문,특수문자(하이픈 포함), 공란 입력이 불가합니다.

4) 한 번 인증한 아이디는 재 로그인 시 다시 인증하지 않아도 됩니다.

5) 예매 오픈 전 팬클럽 인증이 완료된 회원님은 ‘팬클럽 인증하기’ 버튼 클릭 시,

    ‘본 계정은 인증된 계정입니다.’ 라는 팝업이 뜹니다.

6) 공식 홈페이지에 [이름, 팬클럽 고유번호, 휴대폰번호] 이 3가지 정보 모두 등록되지 않은 회원님과 인증이 되지 않는 경우  

   cn@fncent.com 으로 문의하여 주세요.

7) 팬클럽 선 예매 전 회원인증을 완료하지 못한 분들은 선 예매가 불가하며, 

이후 오픈되는 일반예매로 예매진행 가능하오니, 꼭 기간 내 인증을 완료하여 주시기 바랍니다.

8) 국내 거주하고 있는 외국인이 아니라면, 국문페이지에서 팬클럽 인증, 티켓 구매가 불가하오니

   반드시 글로벌 페이지를 통한 팬클럽 인증, 티켓 구매를 해주시기 바랍니다.

9) 국문 페이지에서 팬클럽 인증하신 분은 국문페이지에서만, 영문 페이지에서 인증하신 분은 영문페이지에서만 

    예매가 가능합니다.

            
[예매 시 주의 사항]
1) 팬클럽 인증 및 예매는 국문 웹/모바일 모두 가능하며, 글로벌 페이지는 영문 웹에서만 가능합니다.

  (중문, 일문 페이지 / 모바일 예매 불가)

2) 인증 이전에 공식 홈페이지(www.fncent.com)에 로그인 후

   MY PAGE에 등록된 본인의 이름, 팬클럽 고유번호, 휴대폰번호를 확인하여 주세요.

※ 인증 기간 중 팬클럽 가입 정보 수정은 불가합니다.

3) 티켓 예매 이후 정해진 기간 내에 입금을 하지 않을 경우 해당 티켓은 자동으로 취소됩니다.

4) 옥션티켓에 로그인 시 하나의 옥션 티켓 아이디로 한번의 인증만 가능하며, 

옥션티켓 아이디 소유자의 이름과 팬클럽 인증자의 이름이 달라도 인증이 가능합니다.

5) 본인의 이름, 팬클럽 고유번호, 휴대폰번호 외 타인의 정보를 이용하여 인증할 경우, 법적인 책임이 따를 수 있습니다.

6) 예매 티켓은 1인 1매 구매 가능합니다.

[How to Get Fanclub Authorization]

* Fanclub Authorization: April 25^th (Wed), 2018 PM12:00 ~ (Before general purchase opening period)

1) Log into Auction Ticket from April 25^th (Wed) 12PM

2) For faster reservation, make your fanclub authorization through the fanclub authorization tab on the reservation page beforehand.

3) You can make your authorization by entering your name, fanclub serial number or contact number used when registering through the official site (www.fncent.com).

Ex) Name: Hong Gil Dong / Fanclub Serial Number: 201601111111 / Cellphone Number: 01012345678

※ You cannot enter special characters (including hyphens) or blank spaces when making your authorization

4) Once you have been authorized you do not have to make another authorization when logging in again.

5) For those who complete their authorization before tickets open will see ‘You have already been authorized’ pop-up when clicking the ‘Fanclub Authorization’ button on the website.

6) For those whose information [name, fanclub serial number and contact number] are not registered on the FNC official website and those who have problems regarding authorization, please visit the official FNC website or contact FNC Entertainment at cn@fncent.com.

7) Those who do not register within Fan Club register period will not be able to purchase tickets. Please be fully aware of the registration time period

 

8) Foreigners who are not currently living in Korea cannot register or purchase tickets through the Korean website, so please register and purchase tickets through the global website.

9) Those who register through the Korean website can only purchase tickets through the Korean website, and those who register through the global website can only purchase tickets through the global website.

[Precautions for Ticket Purchase]

1) Fan Club authorization and ticket purchase will be available on Korean version of website/mobile. The global page will only be available on the English website. (Chinese, Japanese webpage / Mobile ticket reservation is not available)

2) Please log into FNC official website (www.fncent.com) and check your Name, Fan Club serial number and Contact number on the MY PAGE tab before your authorization.

※ You cannot change your Fan Club membership information during the authorization period.

3) If the payment for tickets is not made within the set period, tickets will be automatically canceled

4) When logging in to Auction Ticket, only one authorization can be made for each Auction Ticket ID, and entrance to the concert will only be allowed if the name of the Auction Ticket account holder matches the Fan Club membership name. Please be aware of this.

5) In the case you use another’s Name, Fan Club serial number, Contact number or any other information to make an authorization, you may be liable to legal responsibility.

6) Fan Club ticket purchase is limited to 1 ticket per person.

[FANCLUB认证方法]

* FANCLUB认证: 4月 25日 (周三) 正午12点开始

1) 4月 25日 (周三) 正午12点开始, 登录Auction Ticket网页。

2) 在预购页面的FANCLUB认证页面上，若提前完成FANCLUB会员认证的话，可更快地购买。

3) 进行认证时，可以使用姓名、FANCLUB固有号码、手机号码进行认证，使用在官方主页 (www.fncent.com)上登记的信息进行认证即可。

Ex) 姓名: 洪吉童 / FANCLUB固有号码: 201701111111 / 手机号码: 01012345678

※ 认证信息中不可含有特殊文字(包括连字符)，也不可使用空格。

4) 经过认证的ID再次登录时无需再次认证。

5) 在预购开始前，已完成FANCLUB认证的会员点击“FANCLUB认证”时，会显示“本账号已完成认证”的提示。

6) 在官方主页中没有登记 [姓名、FANCLUB固有号码、手机号码] 这三项信息的会员，以及认证不成功时，请在发送邮件至 cn@fncent.com 询问。

7) 在FANCLUB优先售票前没有完成认证者，无法进行优先购买，只能在之后的普通售票时进行购买，望在期限内完成认证。

8) 不是在韩国居住的外国人，不得在韩文网页中进行FANCLUB认证以及购买门票，务必通过国际网页中进行FANCLUB认证以及预购。

9) 当在韩文网页中进行FANCLUB认证时，只能在韩文网页中进行预购；当在英文网页中进行FANCLUB认证时，只能在英文网页中进行预购。

 

[预购时注意事项]

 

1) FANCLUB认证及预购可在韩文版网页/手机上进行，国际页面只能在英文版网页可以进行。(中文及日文版网页/手机上无法进行预购)

2) 认证前请登录官方主页(www.fncent.com)后，确认MY PAGE里登记的本人姓名、FANCLUB固有号码、手机号码。

※ 认证期间不可修改FANCLUB个人资料。

3) 购票后，若在指定期间内没有付款，此票将会自动取消。

4) 在Auction Ticket上登录时，一个Auction Ticket账号仅限认证一次，Auction Ticket账号的持有者和FANCLUB认证者的姓名不一致也可进行认证。

5) 除了本人姓名、FANCLUB固有号码、手机号码以外，若利用他人信息进行认证时，有可能要负法律责任。

6) 仅限每人购买一张门票 。
